This was my first time booking with this artist, referred by a friend, and I was really hopeful about the experience. Unfortunately, there were a few ...challenges that made the day more stressful than expected. The artist arrived 30 minutes late without any communication, which caused us to be rushed for my mom’s birthday photoshoot. During the session, she was FaceTiming friends which felt unprofessional given the importance of the occasion and the first time meeting us. Because we were pressed for time, we didn’t get the chance to fully check the makeup before leaving, and later noticed that my mom’s lashes were uneven. I truly believe she has talent, but better communication, time management, and attention to detail would make a big difference in the overall client experience—especially for special events.
