All over color Highlights

This is the second time I've gone to Juliana, and it was a drastically different experience. The first time she was super friendly, worked with me on ...my budget and we had a blast. This time, she was late to our appointment and then proceeded to sit in a back room on her phone for several more minutes after I had been seated in her chair. When we finally began, I mentioned the Groupon and what I wanted, and I guess I'd misunderstood that red highlights cost more than others (?) so she said (with an attitude) that she wasn't going to do that for the Groupon rate, despite the fact that it said all over color and face-framing highlights. I just got the all-over color, which was beautiful, but the overall experience continued to be pretty terrible. I must have pissed her off asking for red highlights because she barely spoke to me the rest of the appointment; I tried to chat and she wasn't having it. Another tech in the salon was much friendlier and we chatted. I asked Juliana for an eyebrow wax as well; she was the only person who has EVER done my eyebrows that didn't also pluck to even things out. They came out very uneven; almost all of the hair on one end was gone while the other end still had a bunch. She spent about 30 seconds on each brow and charged $15. I'm disappointed I blew $100 on a bare minimum service. There are TONS of great hairstylists in the area; my advice is to keep looking. Show more

Well I’m sorry to hear this! Now for someone that is going through sooo much shit you are very judgmental I have to say . I expected more understanding from you , did you even once address this in the chair? Did it ever occur to you that something terrible it might had happened in my life and I was absent minded,that I’m allowed to be human! Good luck finding $ 100 service for even all over color in the area 🤨
