wouldn’t return. i got there on time to the minute for my appointment and had to wait for her to eat. the first thing she said to me upon sitting down... is “why is your hair tangled?” I should have left then. i see blue contacts in the pics though i think i understand what was going on here. These stylists always act like it’s their very first day doing black hair. unfriendly, sincerely spoke to me one time then raked a comb through my hair rough as f*ck then charged me a $10 “detangling fee”. she detangled my hair completely dry when i first arrived (which the first youtube video about hair will tell you never to do) and continued to be rough the whole time con as she was being, i know it’s just time for me to do my hair entirely myself, including trims. the trim was okay, the main reason for going. but due to roughness with my fine 4c hair and just overall unfriendly demeanor i wouldn’t ever return. People are dealing with overwhelm, stress, busy lives, depression. you don’t need to make anyone feel bad about their hair. you don’t need to be so rough either. sorry i brought my nappy ass head to what i thought was a black hair salon. This is a wicked wicked woman’s d I regret ever letting her put her gnarled fingers near me. detangling is a natural part of the hairprocess and if you have an issue doing that among your many other issues.. you don’t need to be in this business period. “lil girl” is so crazy and rude and ultimately a reflection of the person she is

To respond yo your review. I walked in the door at 2:30. I said hello are you here for Marissa? You said yes. I told you give me 5 mins let me eat something real quick. you said ok. 2:38 I was ready for you. You cane with your hair very tangled. I asked you why is your hair so tangled, you said you washed it yesterday. (You wash your hair and didn't detangle it). Let's talk about why you're really mad. Your upset because I up charged you $9.25 for detangling your hair. I really should've charged you more. You said it detangled your hair dry which is a lie, I used half of my silicon bamboo conditioner to detangled your hair, I also comb your hair out section by section before Blow drying with a comb piece attached and a brush as well. Don't forget to put in the review I was nice enough to let you know that your hair was very dry and I recommend all the products you need for you hair... Oh and on your way out the door you said thank you so much. Go play with someone else's business Lil girl.
