I didnt want to do this but i have to. Service took way too long for the outcome to be piss poor. I got my nails done by carla on march 16th its only ...been a week and one day since then and 4 of my nails have popped off. Also my full set already looked dated when i got it done. Dont like to bash black owned businesses but its not good work. Wont be coming back!! Thanks but no thanks. Show more

Like a few mentioned, my appointment did last longer than the stated time online. I didn't find that to be a huge deal, especially if more time means ...a better outcome. I think in my case, however, more time was spent correcting the nail shape and polish (~3 hours). Think about it like putting spackle on a wall: if it's not smooth, it will take more time to sand. That was part of the problem here. At first glance, my nails seemed ok. Unfortunately when I got home and in a different light, the finished product was disappointing. She polished well beyond my nail, and onto my skin then used a small brush to clean it up. I described the experience as feeling like someone was putting cuticle oil on my fingers, not polish. I trusted they would be cleaned up well. But because my nails were red it was visibly stained and smeared on my skin. The polish was laid on fairly thick for one coat, beyond my cuticle, and because it didn't fully dry under the top coat-it had some lumps and bubbles. I ended up removing the polish but it was a challenge despite it being one coat of regular polish. I think she placed a gel top coat on them. The shape and length of my nails were inconsistent. Some were oval, some were almond-shaped; some were thick, some were thin; some were rough, others smooth; a few were crooked. One of my pinky nails was significantly longer than the other. I lost two nails within four days, and didn't know until I looked down at my hands. Again, I think part of the issue was the initial forming. I am a novice at getting my nails done, so a lot of what I experienced was new. When my nails were first forming, I think she could sense I was concerned and assured me it was just the initial forming and the nail-that was sloped and sitting beneath my natural nail-would take shape. That was the first nail that fell off. You put a lot of trust (and money) into nail artists and when the results are poor, it is frustrating. My nails did not appear professionally done and for the money I paid for them, my score is low. Show more

She was over an hour late after cancelling on me earlier in the morning (checked around and this is a common occurence) and still decided to charge me... full price, (not to mention that even though she knew i was waiting, she still walked in with her kids, smelling of weed, and with mcdonalds. Oh and her one daughter said i had ugly hair!), had the audacity to complain about late clients to me, facilities were dirty and crowded with family members and two other clients in a tiny space, pandemic procedures were lax and she ate cookies while doing my nails, couldn't do any of the requested nail art (I asked for leopard print) and never refunded me for the foils i paid for. I ended up with ugly basic looking nail art and no two nails are the same shape, that i lied and said i liked to get out of there after waiting the hour for her to show up and the THREE AND A HALF HOURS it took her to do my FILL IN. I honestly have never been so turned off in my life and I dont understand how she even has a license. Show more

I contacted you hours before your appointment to let you know that an emergency came up and I needed to reschedule you but you insisted to still come. I don't even Smoke lady Never did so how dare you fix your mouth and said I smell like weed. And if a customer smells like that make sure you have your facts right before you go accusing someone. Your service was being done even if I was chewing gum, eating candy or a cookie. What does that have to do with your nails you got done. And everyone was spaced out in that tiny room as you call it. You claim you like your nails as you say I ask you Let people know the truth than things can be handled correctly. And Don't come for my kids their just kids If your hair ugly than it's ugly you said your nails was ugly so that's a perfect match. You really shouldn't Act like a KAREN!!!

You just left another shop and was complaining about them doing that to your nails I only applied the polish when you came in and I told you that the polish was no good and needs to be removed and you said you like it. Polish peeled off before I got home.Went back to get it fixed and it peeled again in two days.The stones came off also same night.Super Glue Was Poure...d Over Them To Keep Them In Place Which Made Some Of The Stones Turn Black And Dull.The Polish That Was Put On The Bottom Of My Nails(For Red Bottoms) Started Peeling Off Immediately. NEVER WILL I GO BACK THERE EVER.I See That You Really Get What You Pay For. I Was Surprised When I Only Had To Pay $40.It Should Have Been FREE!!!! Show more

I get my nails done very often the services provided were perfect everything is done properly at all times I have no problems with any of the services... provided and will continue to get manicures and pedicures . the services provided are done properly and correctly all the time she gives excellent services.
