If I could give a zero I would the service was absolutely terrible I got burned and the price I was quoted for was incorrect. After the service was d...one I was upcharged by 25 dollars which is insane. Never mind the fact they burned me. Don't go here . Ghetto ghetto ghetto. Show more

The customer service (refresh/track tightening) here is impeccable from the manager who helped me when I walked in to the stylist who performed my ser...vice to the owner who spoke with me prior to leaving. The salon is located in a central area in the city so not difficult to get to although there isn't an adjoining parking lot and meters are exactly 2 hours. Coming from Chicago, I would say this salon is comparable to salons located downtown and I will be back. Show more
