Appt was at 9am. I arrived on time. Waited around until 940 then left. Jason texted me a short while later stating he was now there and apologized for... being late. But couldnt cut me until 3+ hours after ny original appointment time because he had other clients. Would have appreciated earlier communication regarding the delay or adjustment in his schedule to get me in closer to my appointment time. He cut my hair once before and did a great job. Show more
