I have gone to see Shyn for over 6 months and I am absolutely shocked at the service I received today. I came in for a re-twist and style but also a...sked for a TRIM on my ends. He proceeded to chop 6 inches minimum of hair off 12 locs on the back of my head. It wasn’t until i asked him how much he had cut that he showed me a shorter piece of loc he cut. He kept repeating “that’s not a lot of hair,” when it was clearly a lot of hair. Also as he was cutting he was putting my locs into two strand twists. If I had not asked prior to the style being finished he would have never acknowledged how much hair he was cutting off — which is DECEPTIVE. I have been growing my hair for almost 8 years only to have an unprofessional barber destroy the work I’ve put into it. He did give me my deposit back, but money is meaningless when it comes to a situation such as this. I will not be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere. Show more

Repeat customer. Love how Shyn gets down, pays attention to detail and gets you right on a perfectionist level. He’s the only person that touches my h...air! The atmosphere is cozy and intimate. Either he’s got tunes going or the tv running. Check out some of the care products they have as well I’m loving the daily spray!
