Shyn is very professional & a beast on the locs. I'm new in the loc world like 3 months in. My first two appointments getting my locs started & a retw...ist later on were just okay. But Shyn has my locs on bling frfr. My locs have never looked this fresh & crisp from day one. I got compliments not minutes after leaving asking where is he located cuz hooked your locs up. Very satisfied with Shyn & he's my Dr Locs from this point on & he should've been from the jump. He's a barber also so you don't have to get your locs done then leave to go find a barber. He's a one stop shop! Appreciate his professionalism.....BAD DUDE! Show more

Au Naturel Company is the place to go!!! It's really a hidden gem if you don't know!!! Shyn is our barber and loctician and he is absolutely the best ...in Indy idc idc idc!!! He is very professional and his time management is everything!!! Additionally, he is very talented, humble, and gives off great vibes. Book those appts prices are reasonable too!!! Show more

You know we’ve used Shyn for years. He has always charged for everything little thing and I’ve dealt with it but this time it was just too much. He’s ...trying to charge me $140 for my son’s retwist because he missed his appointment last time. My son’s hair is normally $90. The kicker is I paid half upfront last time of $45. He’s saying that doesn’t count and I’m just out that money. He’s insane if he think I’m paying him $185 for retwist!!!! Poor customer service is easy to find, Show more

Thanks ALOT for this review, this all goes by the description before booking. Also your son’s service only would have been $145. Which is only the $50 cancellation fee. Being that this happened twice as well.
