Paid Lyft 17$ to go to Greece Blow Dry Lounge for 9.30 a.m appointment just to arrive to a close salon. Waited till 9.50 a.m. and called Mecca. She in...formed me no longer at salon and had Booksy issues. Stuff happens so l was understanding despite fact l paid money for lyft and now l would have to attend my job's communiy event with a burgundy beret on my head. The issue is Mecca was suppose to call or text me that same day or next morning regarding doing my hair next day at 9.30 a.m. It is now 12:44 p.m. and no call and no text. Show more

I Call this client and text her letting her know I was sick at work with a headache and throwing up this was my first week back to work from recovering from Covid. I explained this to her. This is an unfair review! As I contacted her prior to her appointment and even asked her if she could come in earlier. Btw this was the first time I ever canceled her apps out of 5 appts. I’m sorry I had COVID and still recovering and have after effects form the virus like random migraine headaches. I even offered her $10 off and was going to have my coworker service her she walked out and didn’t answer my calls or text.
