Haircut was good. Personality was great. The beard trim was an absolute disaster. “Keep the length, just trim the flyaways” rapidly turned into the n...ear removal of my mustache and the sides. Not exactly sure where the disconnect was and why he thought this would be acceptable. Show more

My friend first off you have a chinstrap with a goatee, that was not a beard. I did what I normally do for those on you, took a little off as you said. I have done more than 100 of these in my career and everyone has left happy. I'm sorry "the beard trim was a disaster" if you want to come back in when it grows out I will get it right next time for you.
