I greatly appreciate the rating although I did attempt to make my way to you even with there being traffic slowly moving and car accidents towards the Arlington/ Fort Worth area. I offered to reschedule the appointment and also apologized for the inconvenience ma’am. By me actually living in Dallas regardless I would have been leaving your area late. My client before you requested longer length the day of and last minute so it threw me off schedule of longer timing to be done and I’ve also communicated to you and spoken up about it which you stated you were okay with. Doing braids is a process and if my health or safety or my schedule isn’t completed or correct how could I succeed. You told me everything was okay and I look up and I have a bad reputation over my name and business over something I had no control of other than to keep contact with you and my intentions where no to waste your time by all means.
