Had my haircut with Fernando, was hoping my appointment was with Danny who always does a great job. My booking was for a haircut only, no beard trim o...r any additional services booked. While cutting my hair, Fernando asked about squaring off my sideburns, which confused me, so I asked him to explain. Before I knew it my sideburns were cut, leaving my beard with no sideburns. I asked him why he did that and got no satisfactory response. He fixed my other sideburn so at least it looked the same and told him to leave the rest of my beard alone. Fast forward, my haircut is fine, I'm not happy with my beard and he charges me for touching and fucking up my beard!!! WTF?! I want ALL of my money back, including the tip I should never have given him. Will I go back to Milki's? That remains to be seen. 10/28 Update - Issue resolved, thank you, Milki Show more
