The set itself is decent — they feel sturdy, but the overall experience was underwhelming. She was very strict about punctuality, even moving my appoi...ntment earlier, yet still started nearly an hour late. There wasn’t much creativity or effort put into the design, and the environment didn’t feel very sanitary. Honestly, if a health inspector walked in, they’d probably issue a fine. I’m glad I didn’t go through with the pedicure, because I might’ve ended up with a fungus. You do have potential, but there’s definitely room for improvement in cleanliness, professionalism, and creativity. Show more

This lady is so unprofessional. She will say mean things in Spanish thinking you can’t understand. She is hard to work with. She doesn’t communicate c...learly and appropriately. Avoid the headache there are so many nail techs out there. This one isn’t worth the trip. My nails were lifting after 2 weeks and the gems were falling off hours after leaving my appointment. I have used her a few times and every time is always a new problem. Learn from my mistake!!!! Show more

I'm ready for stingy and toxic clients like you. thanks for the comment, I liked it. I'm such a bad manicurist that I did her nails for two years, and she came from far away. She paid a deposit and missed three appointments that I rescheduled. She forced me to return the deposit, not caring that my livelihood depends on it. That's why I'm writing this comment... If you don't show up for your appointment and waste my time, I won't return the deposit; it's my guarantee.
