She was very professional. We started on time and the salon was clean. I put my hair color preference in the comments but I don't think she read them ...because the color I got wasn't what I asked for. I didn't know until the end because she didn't have mirrors and didn't offer one when she was done. I had to use my phone to see the results. She's heavy handed with the braid gel--it was literally from the root to about 4 inches down. That said, the braids were nice even with the wrong colors. I'll try her again to see if it's different. I am really sorry that you didn’t have a great experience with me. I did read your note and from my understanding you wanted color 1b mixed with 33 or ombré if I had it, since I don’t have ombré hair I mixed the colors instead. For the mirror I do have a big mirror standing in the corner that I propose to my clients after their service, if I didn’t I apologize I must’ve forgotten that day. Also I do use edge control to braid, with Knotless braids it necessary to make clean parts, that being said I don’t think I use too much of it. I do hope you have a better experience next time, and if anything bothers you please do let me know before you leave.
