For the mint green nails the one where the nails are grown out was 5 weeks after she did my gel mani (look at the pinky) is an example of how quality Claudia's work is. Show more

Never got to have my nails done because she was running 40 minutes behind and didn’t even bother to call me to let me know. Waited until I got all the... way there, said maybe her coworker could do it. The coworker had me sit in the pedicure chair, take off shoes and was looking at a polish color when the coworker said “oh nevermind, I can’t do it, my client is here”. 🙄 I had to ask four times how far behind you were so I could potentially stay if it wasn’t too long. I even called 3 hours earlier to confirm my appointment!! Very unprofessional, no apology given until I was walking out the door super irritated. I don’t have the time to be waisting as a single mom especially around the holidays. I will not be back. Show more
