Never got to have my nails done because she was running 40 minutes behind and didn’t even bother to call me to let me know. Waited until I got all the... way there, said maybe her coworker could do it. The coworker had me sit in the pedicure chair, take off shoes and was looking at a polish color when the coworker said “oh nevermind, I can’t do it, my client is here”. 🙄 I had to ask four times how far behind you were so I could potentially stay if it wasn’t too long. I even called 3 hours earlier to confirm my appointment!! Very unprofessional, no apology given until I was walking out the door super irritated. I don’t have the time to be waisting as a single mom especially around the holidays. I will not be back. Show more

I have mixed feelings :( my pedicure looks great to this day and I have no issues at all, but unfortunately I can’t say the same about my manicure. My... cuticles got cut way too deep and the skin near almost all of my finger nails is really peeling. On top of that, one of my nails due to the deep cuticle cut got infected :( it’s healing after applying medication but I am still dealing with it while on my vacation and that’s really the last thing I want to be doing when I am traveling… Paulina was trying to do a good job but I think she was trying too hard because it ended up hurting me in the end. The pedicure is spotless though but unfortunately that nail studio isn’t for me :( I won’t come back to a place that gave me an infection I was dealing with for almost 2 weeks. Show more
