I made an appointment with Jordan on the app. However, the next day he texted and asked if I could reschedule later, rather than do my original appoin...tment (with no context or reason why). I called several times to get clarification or context, however he never responded, until it was 20 mins before my appointment (mind you it takes 45 mins for me to get to his shop) stating that he was in court. My issue is if you’re going to be at court, why would still have these times to select on your page? Very unprofessional. Show more
