My... loctician was professional, gentle, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Every part of the process was smooth — no unnecessary pulling, no rushed work — just care, attention, and skill. The retwist came out immaculate! My parts are clean, the twist is tight (but not painful!), and the overall look is so fresh. I’ve already gotten compliments, and it hasn’t even been a full day yet. 🙌🏾 On top of that, the vibe was amazing — chill conversation, good energy, and a space that felt welcoming and relaxed.
