Amazing first experience! My son is autistic and I’m usually leery of taking him to professional stylists. In fact, I’ve been rejected in the past😢. ...The care and concern that she took with him…it makes me emotional. She talked us through the process, made him very comfortable, etc. We started on time and finished in less time than I expected. I’m thankful to have found her. My son was a first time customer for re-twist. I was texted that she would have to pick up her son and the 3pm appointment may be slightly delayed. ...At 3:20 I was texted she was running late and would be there "soon", offers a slight discount to reschedule. At 3:40pm she finally arrived only to discover she didn't have necessary supplies so then left, arrived back and began about 4pm. The quality of work was good it was the lack of professionalism that warrants 1 star. I understand life happens it is okay to cancel or reschedule for an emergency. She did try to communicate so I'll end with that positive. Show more

Unfortunately, I don’t live close to the shop. Life does happen and my children are top priority. I am always very professional and communicate every step of the way. You'll booked a RETWIST w basic style and your son wanted 2strands which I did not have enough bands for , had I known that I definitely would have been prepared . I was also texting someone who wasn't even here at the shop. I am sorry you had a bad experience. Awesome young man , it was a pleasure to service him.
