My... loctician was professional, gentle, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Every part of the process was smooth — no unnecessary pulling, no rushed work — just care, attention, and skill. The retwist came out immaculate! My parts are clean, the twist is tight (but not painful!), and the overall look is so fresh.
