If you have any questions or concerns you can call me anytime. I look forward to being apart of your hair journey! All ages welcome! If you need to reschedule or cancel please let me know in advance! A $20 late fee is required after 15 mins. If you did not book a shampoo please come with your hair already washed, blow dried and detangled! ***Please be aware that if you did not book a shampoo and you come unwashed your appointment may have to be rescheduled due to time restrictions*** or a shampoo and detangle fee will be added. After Hour Appointments are available from 6am-8am & 6pm-10pm for and additional $40 fee (please contact me before booking) Same day appointments available for an additional $40 If you do not cancel your appointment or you do not show… 50% of your appointment total will be due. Very amateur results. Loc extensions slipped and made knots. Instead of offering to fix her mistakes she suggested it was something i did :( Wasted ...time and money....250$!* Show more

Hello sorry for the inconvenience..however I did provide my client with the upmost respect and communication and I did offered to fix for free as well! (This install took me 5 hours and I did not cut corners) For Future clients all loc extensions do come with free repairs as listed in the description 💕 also there are other factors that can cause extensions to slip.(including the extensions themselves!) i try to keep each and every person that sits in my chair educated and happy. If we all be kind and HONEST we can work through situations better ! Have a blessed day 🥰
