I had been going to the same barber in Long Island for 24 years, so after relocating, I need to find a new one. On a recommendation I went to see Jake.... Making a reservation on the Booksy app was no problem. He was ready for me right on time. He did a fantastic job cutting my hair and was a pleasure to talk to. He’ll he my barber from here on out. 2 stars. I'm very disappointed. i was going to even out the beard moustache work that Nate did this past Tuesday myself . Its seriously out of balan...ce L/R. One "technical" criticism is that Nate had started the cut with the chair way too low for his height low ?? Also, i did request 50% shorter all around but the upper sides are neat but still too long by 1/4" if i was technical about it . I overlooked it from 3 feet away in your shops mirror . My bad ! I reassessed when i got in front of my shaving mirror at home . All my previous visits were five star. D is a master barber . Nate however needed a bit of coaching from the Sensei as Duane was chilling in the chair to my right . So two stars for now . Please advise if a correction by your shop can be made this weekend and you can view for your self Its stilll untouched Show more

Hello John. I am deeply disappointed that had a poor service and experience in here. It is never my intention for anybody to leave the barbershop unhappy. I do apologize again and I do hope you will give us the opportunity to make things right.
