1st he rescheduled my appt without asking me I get there at the time he chose and I still had to wait 2 hours for him to do a lineup and a child. Then... he took an hour just to give me a blowout and beard lineup. No straight blade no hot towel nothing. I have a big beard and mustache I literally grabbed my mustache and said don't trim just line it up and he cut it all off years of growth gone. Lineup is horrendous I didn't feel fresh leaving the shop at all. Very disappointing experience. The shop was just unprofessional all the way around. The attached picture is the harassing text Nino sent me at 10pm 2 days after the haircut because he didn't appreciate the honest review I left. There are many more texts just as egregious as this one. Do yaself a favor and go to a different shop. Show more
