The silk press package service was a nice experience, and the stylist seemed very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, my hair silk press was not silky once ...I unwrapped it and my hair began to poof up within hours. I woke with a matted afro, even though I wrapped it the night before. Sorry you felt the need to write a bad review. You were provided with the service you paid for. I spent an extra 30 minutes on your hair because it needed more than just a basic trim. I offered you a plastic cap because it was raining, and you said you would just wear your scarf instead. I've done everything I could to try to rectify the situation, including giving you a partial refund against my service policies. I also explained to you while you were in the salon that your hair wasn't trained to stay straight.
