The first time i went here i was on time and the massage therapist was late she arrived after my appointment time. But the massage was amazing. The se...cond time she arrived right at the time i was scheduled and had to set up to do my massage and it was still a good massage. But the third and fourth time i tried to get my massage i was not able to because she did not confirm until the night before the appointment even though i scheduled the appointment on a Monday and Wednesday for a Saturday morning. I purchased the service through groupon and was not able to get a refund or a service from the massage therapist. Show more
