I am 100% disappointed. The consult was incomplete. I was told the closure would look natural. The part was in the middle with leave-out and there was... a very obvious separation from the lace and my scalp. It was too far back. It took me being home in bright light to notice and several friends pointing it out saying their closures never looked like that and to go back and get it pulled forward. I was forgiving of that and thought I’d go in and have it adjusted and wore a headband for a week. It was disappointing bc it wasn’t cheap however, I thought she was nice and did a good job otherwise. So one week in, I wash my hair and to my surprise hair color washed off of the closure she provided. I was not warned about that. I already noticed the hair seemed synthetic as my weave hair curled but the closure wouldnt with a curling iron… now this. This was supposed to be human hair. When I reached out asking why it changed colors she acknowledged knowing it would and said I should have gone in for maintenance. The only thing she told me was maintenance is it is needed to prevent closure from sliding back. I was told to care for it as usual like other weaves and tie it up at night. This to me meant wash my own weave like I always do. Too many problems. I missed an event to take it out on Sat. I was told by her closures must not be for me as opposed to taking accountability. I was also told no refunds offered. I tipped well for the consult and for the weave. If I were the stylist I’d be apologetic and realize the first time customer experience is everything and to refund people. Show more

Thanks for the review as I appreciate all feedback! I’ve already tried my best to help you and you took the sew in out before I can even see it & or fix the situation , not only did I admit to the knots being slightly over bleached I offered to fix it permanently and also a new sew in as compensation without a closure for FREE and you declined. I am a stylist with integrity , and I definitely take customer service VERY seriously, I answered every question and was beyond apologetic.. Also it’s still LACE , Reguardless of how blended it can be you will still see LACE! And you also had leave out at your perimeter so of course the closure would be behind your hairline. ( there was no adhesive used , per your request)When you left you were satisfied with your install, the picture you posted is after you manipulated and washed your own hair that is not a good representation of my work. As far as referring to the closure being Synthetic, that is definitely not true as I don’t work with synthetic nor synthetic blend hair at all.. i was able to curl the closure and the curls did not fall even after combing them out and taking videos ! I will post the pics on booksy of the finished install and I hope you have a better experience finding a stylist that works for you !!
