I was very disappointed with my service. When I said I wanted my nails “shorter than what they currently are”, that didn’t mean “short and down to my ...fingertips”. When I commented that the nail color didn’t look like the sample and I didn’t like it, she just kept going. She never asked if I liked anything and blocked out my comments.
