      Service includes detangling, shampoo, and a maintenance service of your choice. Maintenance services include deep condition, protein treatment, and steam treatment. Trims are given as needed or upon request. "As needed" means that detangling is too painful for the child to calmly sit still through the service.

Very disappointed with the overall experience . I asked if she could do the pixie cut it wasn’t a big deal my man wanted to know I know what I came in... the salon wanting to get a silk press that still doesn’t excuse the fact that my hair is burnt my hair is not to short for a silk press and she curled my hair instead of giving me a silk press but instead of saying she can’t do it she presumed to do what she wanted and I went in at 3 left at 7 Show more

Thank you for the review. In defense of myself I would like to say that my client received a full refund for the damage I caused. I would like to also like to encourage future clients to please book a consultation as a first time client. The style that this client anticipated versus what the client got was an issue with lack of communication and insistence on booking a service instead of a consultation Consultations help stylists and clients by allowing both of us to know what your hair can and cannot do. This client anticipated a pixie cut that she did not book. Furthermore, she could not book, because it is not a service that I provide on my services menu. She showed me the photo once I was ready to style and I told her that that is a cut service with an additional fee. She declined. When I asked her what she would like instead she said that she did not know. I did the best I could with what I was given. In the future, I will always make sure to contact all clients to make sure sure that I can perform the service that they desire. Thank you again for the review, Katrina Jervis
