I gave you the style you asked for and even took u in without an appointment. You looked in the mirror before you left n u were satisfied. Then u decided the next day that you wanted your bangs shorter. I told you I would try to fit you in if I had room on my schedule, but I didn't. Not making any excuses, but if you were not satisfied, you should have said something before you left the salon. I could have fixed it right then. You know my schedule is really tight, and you know how it goes as well. You are a stylist yourself. Sorry that you feel unsatisfied. It's never my intention not to please my customers.
