I showed up a few minutes early for my appointment. I was greeted when I walked in and sat down and waited until my appointment time. Alex greeted me ...by name and asked me what I wanted done to my hair. She listened and then proceeded to cut my hair. I was impressed that she took the time to spray my hair so that it was damp and she proceeded to cut my hair with precise motion and tools. She is very thorough. I will continue to make appointments to have her cut my hair. Show more
