Andres I gave you a 5 day notice in advance that I won't be able to make it to your appointment. I understand how you can be upset about that but keep in mind things tend to come up and don’t always work out the way we want them to. None the less at the end of the day I did communicate with you and made sure to give you plenty of time to figure something out. I don’t think this is a fair review. Please reconsider this, thank you.
