She “apparently”sent me a message on Booksy about being an hour late, which would have pushed my appointment back to 4:45. Additionally, she still nee...ded to go and pick her son up and did not start my son hair until 5:30, and still had the nerve to request to full balance. I do not recommend her at all, she is highly unprofessional. Now if I was two hours late, my appointment would’ve been canceled and she would have kept my deposit. Show more

I just had the most incredible retwist experience! I felt completely at ease knowing I was in the hands of someone who genuinely understands their cra...ft. It’s such a wonderful sensation to have my hair washed, massaged (which I didn’t even realize was an option), oiled, and twisted perfectly. In the past, after visiting salons run by individuals who weren’t actual Locticians, I would leave looking like a porcupine, immediately donning a beanie. But after today’s appointment, I walked out with confidence, no beanie needed and no awkwardness. I’m thrilled to have finally found my go-to Loctician, and I’ll be returning as long as I’m in Dover!
