Deposits are required before booking and are non refundable. Deposit will go towards the service price. Deposits can be transferred over to a new appointment if a reschedule is needed. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid having a late cancellation. For late cancellation appointments, the deposit will be forfeited and this business can refuse future services. If running late, a 15 minute grace period is given. After 15 minutes your appointment will be rescheduled in order to not inconvenience any other clients. No shows are not tolerated and this business will refuse future services.
