By far the WORSE experience I’ve ever had. I booked my apt for 11 am when I got there she had recently just started on someone’s head… so I didn’t ge...t in the chair until one hour later I had to sit there and wait for an entire hour!!!! It went down hill once I asked why my frontal was straight ( it was curly when I dropped it off) She stated it got like that when she wet it, it had zero wave, curl nothing!!!! 😭😭😭 I’ve had this same hair before and I had the stylist bleach the knots and it was fine. So I guess her mental status started bothering her and she began to break down and things went down hill. The makeup she used was very off and when I mentioned it she started talking about my energy and how she hadn’t taken her medication 💊 one of her co workers such a sweetheart saw what was going on and she stepped in and tried to fix it. While she walked gathered her belongings and out. The Owner was a very sweet lady she came to check on me. But it’s a big fat no for me for this stylist her behavior was very disturbing 😳 Show more
