I booked an appointment with TROY FADEZ, excited to finally try them out after seeing all the good reviews. Unfortunately, it turned out to be my firs...t and worst experience. The barber never showed up to the appointment—no call, no message, no explanation. I waited for quite a while, thinking maybe there was a delay, but nothing. It was really disappointing and unprofessional. I understand things can happen, but good communication goes a long way. Definitely not the first impression I was hoping for.
