The first time I got my feet done I liked them. However Vi became very hostile after Venmo took a $2 fee from her for purchase protection which was re...d flag one. A tip is an act of kindness not an obligation. The fee came out the $17 tip I gave her. Next time I had paid for two services she only did one. That was red flag number two. She didn't refund my additional money and I had given her a tip. This last time my nails had grew out which is how I always wear my natural nails. I informed her I wanted my nails to stay long. She cut my nails against my wishes and had such a nasty attitude. I had my baby with me and didn't want any confrontation around my baby however she didn't have any respect herself. My nails were a mess. They were lumpy uneven everything wrong. I sent her a message she offered to fix them which she barely did. A few days later which is now, my polish is chipping. I paid her $60 for gel x just to find out she didn't do gel x but charged me for then. I requested my money back and she stopped answering. I have since disputed this with my bank and if it has to go further will take her to small claims court just so she learns that the same way she works for her money so do we all. I definitely won't go back. Three times the red flags! Anyway all her nail jobs look bulky. Show more

Vee was amazing! My previous nail tech made me believe my nails were meant to be wonky! Vee filed them perfectly and took lovely care of my nails. She... was good at communicating and making sure I get what I wanted. She was also great at giving advice and suggestions if I was indecisive on what to get. Will definitely come again, her studio was cute and decorated for the holidays. I got the gel x as extensions for a manicure (I kept picking all the nail polish with food names: Lobster Bisque) and gel as a pedicure with callus removal. My nails don’t look crooked anymore, thank god. Show more

Vi is truly an artist when it comes to doing nails! She is absolutely meticulous in her approach, doesn’t try to upset you and always recommends what... will be best for your nails! I found her when the gel pooling from an acrylic set that I had done the week before started to ripple and chip. When she took off the polish she immediately saw how horrible a job was done by the prior nail tech. Within just 3 days of getting a fill this old set was lifting! I had only scheduled a polish change and asked if she would do another fill. She didn’t want to do a fill over such horrible work and did the polish change after fixing the disaster as best she could. When I returned from my trip, I scheduled another appointment with Vi for a new set and removal of the old one. She suggested that I either do a dip powder or try X-Gel. I chose X-Gel and I couldn’t be more pleased!! She is a master at shaping and color / design recommendations. I highly recommend her! Show more

A friend referred me to Nails by Vee. Due to starting a new job I had to transition from long to short nails. I told Vee I did not like short nails a...nd was concerned about them looking wide and thick. Vee gave me suggestions on nail shapes and styles, she also referred me to her Instagram page for ideas. I received the gelX nail and pedicure services. Vee was very professional, timely and fast! She gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had! My feet are so soft and I absolutely love my nails, she even drew a really cute nail design, specifically for my new job. My nails are the perfect length and size. Vee actually made me love wearing short nails. I will be returning to Vee for all my nail needs! Thank you so much Vee for your fabulous work!!! Show more
