Sat there for over an hour, never cut my hair. I booked an 11 AM appointment and at 11 he called someone else to cut their hair. He didn’t say anythin...g to me about why I hadn’t been cut yet. Very poor service, I don’t have all day to wait at the barber shop. What is the point of making an appointment if I have to sit there. Responding to his response. No it did not take 2 minutes I showed up at 10:45 for an 11 o clock appointment. Then I left at 11:45 so I did wait an hour. At 11:15 you called a different person who was not your appointment to the chair. But regardless my point still stands I shouldn’t have to wait until 11:45 for an 11 appointment Show more

I’m very sorry you had to wait, my 12:00 appointment, had not arrived, so I know you did not wait over 1- hour unless you came a half hour early , your appointment was at 11:00 am, I’m sorry I thought you heard me say that I was going to take and trim a previous client’s beard witch took 2 minutes, I would like to make it right by offeringt you a Free Haircut whenever you would like.
