I don’t do this often but this unfortunately deserves a review. I scheduled for 3:30pm, and he rescheduled to 4:10pm. Not a big deal, slight change in... plans. He says he won’t be there until later, so I take my time and arrive at 4:25pm. I text him and he says he’s 10 min out. I wait for another 25 min and he answers my call and it’s too late by then for me. He generously offers a discount cut at night the same day. I accept. I get done and call and text him for the cut. No answer. Up until this is sent here, NO REPLY. Extremely unprofessional, and I would have been okay with reschueduling but instead I was stood up. Not once, but twice IN THE SAME DAY. Be cautious if you have literally anything else to do the same day as your appointment Show more

Always hours Late every time I scheduled an appointment, reschedules appointments and extremely bad customer service, changed prices and also he recen...tly stopped responding after I booked an appointment . Bad look of professionalism for the shop. Will Not be returning. Don’t Waste Your Time. Bro I Helped UBERED YOU TO YOUR SHOP AFTER BEING LATE A HOUR , HUMBLE Yourself ! Not that great of a barber and I’m Not the only one saying ya customer service skills SUCK oh and u forgot I actually have a barber so what I need to find one for . PSA THIS GOES TO EVERYONE! I am not just a barber. I am a firefighter, I am a church member, and most importantly a father. I have a life outside of the barbershop. Out of all of my clients, you’re the only one that gives an uneasy feeling in the shop… everyone else understands how my business works. There’s a reason I have 200+ 5 star ratings.
