Didn’t even get to get my daughter’s hair done. She had something come up. She let me get all the way to her house and then ghosted me after she knew ...I was coming. Stopped answering the phone and my text messages. I understand things happen but that’s extremely unprofessional instead of just going a head and canceling the appointment. I wasted my time and gas money. Not to mention that I was coming from out of town and couldn’t reschedule. WHICH SHE KNEW BECAUSE SHE ASKED ME. I’m extremely disappointed and bummed and so is my 6 year old daughter. We were both looking forward to this.
