My apologies, hair suggestions are located within both my booking rules AND under each service to prevent me from having to answer these questions per client. I also had a last minute emergency ( which you were a witness to) so I would’ve expected more understanding considering I still rendered services under the emergency vs cancelling.

The lil girl canceled on me about an hour before my appointment not surprised , give me back my deposit, she said sure. If i got it back I would scree...n shot it to show proof. 23 dollars aint nothing but ur word should be. Show more

My original appointment was scheduled for Monday, July 21 at 2:45 PM. However, on Sunday evening (July 20 at 8:00 PM), I received a notification that ...the appointment was rescheduled by the stylist for Tuesday, July 22 at 2:45 PM without any explanation or prior notice. Due to travel obligations, I was not available on the newly rescheduled date, which defeated the purpose of booking the service in advance. I immediately attempted to contact the merchant multiple times via phone and text to either confirm availability or request a refund but I received no response whatsoever. In an effort to accommodate the stylist, I even rebooked a second appointment for 10:30 AM on Monday, July 21, hoping she might have been available earlier in the day. Again, I received no communication or confirmation from her end. Because the stylist failed to: • Honor the originally agreed-upon appointment time • Respond to any of my attempts to reach her • Provide any service at all and because I was never told why my appointment was changed, I requested a refund of my deposit. Considering her policies! She has not responded and has not issued a refund. I would have love to make her my new stylist because her work is awesome. But I’m big on professionalism than work!
