I had a pleasant experience with Kiarra. I was booked for a versatile sew in but had to get a quick weave due to the state of my perimeter hairline. ... I was disappointed about having to get a different style, but Kiarra did a wonderful job on my quick weave. I was pleasantly surprised by the result, and thankful for her knowledge and expertise! Drove 2hours on a Sunday morning to get my hair done just for her to tell me she overslept. Then was told she didn’t have her keys to the shop and ask...ed if I wanted to reschedule or cancel my appointment. She also offered to do a quick weave(original appointment was for a sewin) in between her other clients or for me to come back at 10pm (original appointment time was 9: 15a). None of those options were very feasible or accommodating.I wasted my time,gas and energy 0/10wouldn’t recommend Show more

I booked a Versatile Sew-In and paid my deposit in advance. Unfortunately, I received a text from the service provider requesting to reschedule, cance...l or change the style to a bond in instead due to a family scheduling conflict. As a mother, I understand these things happen and immediately agreed to change the style , not realizing that the style change would inconvenience me. After this, I requested either a new appointment or a refund of my deposit. However, I received a message from a different number, asking me to let them know when I arrived. I informed them on their other phone about my request, but received no response. What followed was a frustrating experience of trying to get either my appointment rescheduled or my deposit refunded. I’ve been patient and understanding throughout this process, but I find it unprofessional not to communicate clearly, especially when you’re the one who had the scheduling conflict. It’s disappointing to be left in limbo, especially after being accommodating. I’m sure the quality of the work is great—it's why I booked in the first place—but there needs to be more attention to professionalism and communication. I have since disputed the deposit in hopes of resolving this issue. Show more
