Hola gracias por su comentario. En cuestión a las uñas y a tus gustos eres primera clienta no conozco tus gusto . Al ser tú la que estás pagando estás en todo tu derecho a que si no te gusta algo me lo debes notificar y yo con gusto te lo arreglo. Te pregunté varias veces si te gustaba el color y me dijiste que si. En el momento en el que estaba limando siempre debes de notificar como te gusta si más finas o más gruesas no me molestaría porque ese es mi trabajo y me están pagando por eso. No siento que te trate mal al contrario, No leíste a mi póliza llegaste con una acompañante ya que está prohibido y llegaste con uñas de otro lugar que me tardo 45 min en retirar y me atrasé el resto de mi día y seguí mi trabajo. Pero muchas gracias 🙏🏻

Horrible experience to begin with my appointment was at 4:15pm & I came out at 6pm mind you I came in for a color change and 1 missing nail, I came in... with a inspiration photo and came out with some nails I really did not like, the nails wasn’t really the issue the issue was that I let politely the supposed “profesional” know I’m not liking what she’s doing to please fix it she then starts giving me attitude she’s know pulling my fingers and breathing hard to let me know it’s bothering her that I’m letting her know Im not liking the design. then I let her know she’s being rough with the file and she continues until she makes me bleed and this was not once but twice ! She don’t listen to clients nor let’s them talk ! Show more
