I called to confirm my appointment, when I got there someone was sitting about to get started. The bathroom was very small , there was no soap or pape...r towel to dry my hands. Before the tech got started I asked if they took cards. I was told no, only cash and zell ($5 fee .. which makes no sense) Then when I confirmed the price I was told $60 for short nails when online it says $40. The tech said it’s “40+” how do we skip “45,50,55” and jump to $60. Show more

Disappointing experience. I had a 11 am appointment that was confirmed the day before, yet when I got there I was told that they weren’t taking any cu...stomers for the day. I don’t know if something happened, but I just wish I would have been notified before making the trip to the salon. Show more
