I was 30 mins late to my appt after my original appt was rescheduled by nail tech I was fine with not being able to receive service that I had paid a ...deposit for because I was late but my first impression and interaction with Lisa woods was distasteful and unprofessional she literally threw a temper tantrum rude and ghetto to the point I don’t even want my money back or her service Show more

You were 30 minutes late for your appointment when the booking site informs you that after 15 minutes of scheduled appointment your appointment is canceled and your deposit forfeited. I rescheduled your appointment and allowed you to transfer your deposit when you still had nails on which the booking site also states you must come in with bare nails. So that you wouldn’t lose your deposit I tried to accommodate you although you did 2 things that would cause you to lose the deposit. I digress to say anything further.
