Hold is released once at appointment. Full payment required after service. *EXTENTIONS* EXTENTIONS are INCLUDED for MOST STYLES (listed in details if extensions are not included). Standard brand extensions used - XPRESSION. *Please inform us if you have any allergies to standard extensions used, we are willing to accommodate* *STANDARD LENGTH* Length starts at approximately bra strap. Extra length options are in the ADD ON section. Please inform us after booking if you would prefer SHORTER LENGTHS (bob); final pricing will be confirmed after booking for SHORTER LENGTHS. *HAIR PREP* HAIR MUST BE AT LEAST 2 INCHES TO STYLE. FOR BEST RESULTS HAIR SHOULD BE 4 INCHES. Please come with hair shampooed, and thoroughly detangled. Stretched, and/or blow-dried hair is not mandatory, but is encouraged. If hair does need deep detangling, there will be an additional $40 charge. You will be informed before the process detangling process begins. *TIME* Estimated times are based on coming to appointments with stretched and blow-dried hair. Not having this will add additional time to your appointment. Service times are based on shoulder length hair; if hair is longer, time estimation of appointment may increase. If hair is short or freshly cut (blunt) appointment time may increase. *LATE & RESCHEUDLES POLICY* 30-minute grace period if late to confirmed appointment time. After 30-minutes, appointment must be rescheduled. ONLY ONE RESCHEDULE ALLOWED PER APPOINTMENT. Deposit can be transferred to rescheduled appointment. Jasmine is the best braider I’ve had since I moved back to the Bay Area!! 5/5 customer service experience. Took around 6 hours to do my large knotless... and we had the best conversations. She let me heat up my lunch and work on my laptop while I was getting my hair done. I finally found my braider. Show more

I definitely enjoyed my time here, the atmosphere and the hospitality. Very accommodating and friendly, which really helped the time go by much faster.... You never know how its going to go when receiving services for the first time with someone new, but I was very comfortable and felt like I was with a friend. She even did things she didn’t necessarily have to do and I really appreciated that. Even with my trouble areas, she made it work and my hair came out great! I had a lovely experience and will definitely be returning. Show more

So I wanna start off by saying communication wise and as far as friendliness goes, Jasmine is very sweet. I was there from about 6am-about 5:45pm. I ...have Usually at most it will take about 8 hours max with other braids and that includes all the prep work to start actually braiding. There were other people in the house walking close with no mask so if you're really covid conscious make sure to wear an n95 like I did. When my hair was done I took a look in the mirror and it seemed really nice at a glance...until I got home and looked closer. I was in a rush cus I was feeling really sick from not eating all day and sitting 12 hours in a chair looking at a TV screen. When I got home, I noticed a lot of stray hairs left out of the braids that I had to pull out of my hair so it wouldn't look funky, the ends of my braids were cut super blunt and they were all different lengths. I also noticed that the very beginning of my braids near the root were not properly fed in so the first half inch of most braids look super thin and then it suddenly turns bulky which won't make for long lasting braids. I usually leave my braids in for 8-10 weeks to get my money's worth but Im already 9 days in and they are looking a bit off. Overall, they look good after a few adjustments. I will say that she is super helpful and dependable which is a luxury than most braiders. Prompt communication and very kind. Show more

Thank you love for the honest review. I apologize for the inconvenience caused to you during the time of your visit. I did not intend on your appointment taking as long as it did, but you sat in cradle position, or with your head bent towards your phone for a large portion of our appointment and I had to stretch my back multiple times after asking you several times to sit up or move closer towards me. I did not intend for our appointment to be as long as it was. Everyone in the home is fully vaccinated with boosters and always at least 8-12ft away from us. You're always welcome to eat or take breaks if necessary, you brought food, but never asked for it to be heated, so I thought you were ok. If I knew you were not feeling too well from exhaustion I would have gladly purchased food or heated the items you brought. I do not mind turning tv off if you request. I do not mind braiding in silence. Again love sorry for the inconveniences caused during your appointment. You were given a full refund to accommodate your service love. Please love if you do decide to give us another try feel free to let us know when in shop and you feel discomfort. We are always glad to take care of our clients. Again thank you for the honest review
