That said, when a client arrives with extremely tangled or matted hair, it can be a challenging process — particularly if the appointment was booked for a standard time slot. These situations often require additional time and care beyond what’s normally scheduled. I apologize if this was not communicated clearly in advance. It was never my intention to make you or your child feel uncomfortable or judged. I simply asked you if he used conditioner and what kind of shampoo and your response was he's been swimming alot ! And I also suggested him to brush his hair everyday if he is wanting longer hair .
