Box braids with feeding braids combo

She was seemingly upset that I was on time. Lol I’m not sure, maybe she had something that needed to be done quickly prior to my appt. Extremely ear...ly into my appointment, she was on the phone, speaking Patois, and she said “I can’t be accepting appointments to any and everyone who calls my phone” and she was rude, ya know. My entire appointment was silent aside from the noise of the TV. No real customer service or approach. I did want to tell her though, the universe will bless you, but those blessings will also dry up if you do not show gratitude! Also, I got my hair done in what I call mini twists and the hair was included. I’ve done this style on myself before, and not only did she use the wrong hair BUT I could tell this the first time she’s done this style. It was almost completely ruined (twists weren’t laying down still really aren’t!) she did save it for the most part with the hot water which leads me to the next point cause it ruined the over all finish! Lol The finish (especially the way it was trimmed) wasn’t good. The cut was ununiformed so I know she isn’t licensed. Not to mention the products used and the lack of GOOD/HEALTHY hair products. Needless to say, I’ll NEVER go back, I wouldn’t even refer anyone to go. She’s one of the young stylist and I ain’t old, I’m 30’wirh no kids, very much so still in the world. BUT she isn’t one of the girls that’ll be around long term in the hair business AND growing ppls hair. She’s one of the stylists that’ll get the job done tho. I do wish the young lady the best. She’s braids well but is not considerate or understanding but wants clients to understand her excuses. Why make people pay a deposit if you’re going t...o be 2-3 hours late?!? And then she’ll give your phone number out to random people to make threats and call you names if you don’t reply to her as fast as she wants you to. Probably not worth the trouble. EDIT: She was well aware my kids dad was the one bringing them, as I told her I work 3RD SHIFT and was unable to stay with them because I needed to SLEEP. This was OK WITH HER. As my kids finish their appointment, she proceeds to get inside of her car and FOLLOW my kids nearly all the way home. SHE THEN proceeds to have other people call me out of my name from several different phone numbers AFTER I had ALREADY CASHAPPED HER!!! Poor communication, poor customer service, and POOR problem resolution skills. Not to mention she was 3 HOURS late to an appointment that was booked 2 weeks in advance!! Show more

Not true this lady make on appointment with me for her two small kids she was not the one who take them to the appointment it was her boyfriend after I’m done with the kids hair he said she was going to pay I said ok he was then leaving but I didn’t see any payment so I walk to the side door and he was already driving off so I stop him and ask him if he could try and see if he could reach her and he was on the phone like he was texting her are something then he said he wasn’t getting her he eventually left without me getting paid I call her phone no answer that was when I use someone else phone to reach her and no one send her any threats to her.
