I’m sorry you had a bad experience, I’m happy to give you your money back and your next 2 haircuts are free on me. The fringe area I had left long initally but your son wanted to go shorter. I apologize. You both were happy when you left so I’m disappointed you feel this way, please feel free to come back so we can fix it.
