i asked for him to cut half of my hair and he does the exact opposite and literally leaves me with a buzz cut, it’s been the same thing over and over ...again and i’ve only ever gotten a good cut from him literally one time, he doesn’t listen at all and he’s always on his phone doing whatever and not paying attention.
