Made an appointment for the 24th on the 19th. Arrived to a dark salon even though received confirmation and numerous reminder text. I text to let her ...know may be about 10 minutes late an hour prior to appointment as got hung up at doctor. never got response. Text and called once I got there. Waited for 25 minutes after arrived. Called again went straight to voicemail. Text asking when could reschedule and still haven’t heard a word it’s now 27th. Show more

Stylist was a no show. We had three appointments. One for myself and another 2 for my younger boys. Appointments were from 10 to 11:30. No message or ...anything. Just a note on the door. The appointment I had before this, she appeared to be frustrated that I was even there. Totally oblivious to who her customers are and when they’ll be there. Show more
