The shop is really clean and inviting. I normally wear a hat to hide my severe hair thinning and needed something for my wedding. Marissa went literal...ly above and beyond in taking care of my hair and hooked me up with a hair piece that my family already loves. It looks like my own and feels great. I also got my beard trimmed, lined up and got rid of the neck beard. I feel more confident without my hat. The photo is the from the day before the wedding. Day of wedding photos with vest and button up. Everyone thought it was my natural hair. I did tell them it was a hair piece and they were in shock that i was. It looked amazing. Very unprofessional.First she tried to have her student worker do my haircut ( If I wanted a student worker do my hair I would go to a Barber school t...o get it done at a discount) Then she let another customer take my spot cause she didn’t make two appointments expecting me to wait .The previous time I had an appointment she was a no show and asked me to come later . When I showed up later she joked she had a booty call that why she left me hanging . Show more
