It's confusing to me that this client was satisfied with her service whatever happened after service has anything to do with me she demand A Refund that not refundable let alone offered client to come in on a day I have Open Availability to fix anything she need she Refused the option and posted Negative comments and pictures all because My Policies Rules States Legally After service is applied there's no such thing as Getting your money back but I have pictures that still proves she's enjoying the sttyle she paid for I believe the Attitude came from not understanding the Policies Rules and Giudelines
