If I can describe the experience of getting a cut from Zay in one word I would say “Hospitality”. It truly feels like I’m being welcomed into his home... every time I go. I’ve been going to Zay for cuts since we were in high school together and when he was doing haircuts in his home and he took that warm home welcoming feeling into the shop with him and I truly feel comfortable when going to see him.
