Great effort and very committed when cutting my kids’ hair — she took her time and did a solid job. When it came to me, however, she was only able to ...cut my hair and didn’t have time for my beard, stating she had a 2 PM appointment. I initially thought it was for another client, but it turned out she had a personal appointment to get her own haircut. I feel she should’ve finished the full service. That said, I do appreciate that she arranged for another barber to complete the job — kudos for making sure I didn’t leave unfinished. Show more
